Greetings! I’m happy to report that this leadership conference in Rwanda went very well. It was very productive. DOT leaders and project leaders had a lot of great discussions. We trained them for three days. We covered important topics about Bible translation. This included translation principles, methodology, resources, spirituality, and fund management, etc. The project leaders were eager to return to their home countries. They want to start working on their translation work soon. I believe this conference will help them to make sure their translation to be clear, understanding, natural, and accurate. I’m excited for their work to start soon. We had a long pause of several months. During this time, we had a lot of discussions to make sure they are following our translation methodology correctly. Pray for them to translate more efficiently. May they be able to spread out their translation videos to deaf people who do not know about God’s Word.
