Greetings! I am excited to inform you that my colleagues and I will travel to Rwanda. We are going there to train DOT project leaders for a few days. This conference will start on April 29 to May 1. There was a pause for all projects for several months. We wanted to make some changes in procedures for Bible translation. We want to make sure their Bible translation to be clear, understanding, accurate and acceptable by the deaf community. There will be at least 10 countries representing at this conference. It would be great for us to meet out project leaders again.
After this conference, they will go back and start to work on Bible translation. We hope that it will be more efficient and better quality in translation.
Pray for everyone involved to arrive in Rwanda safely. Pray for wisdom and guidance to lead this conference. Pray also for help to lead their projects more efficiently.
Many blessings and thank you!

Rwanda is known for its breathtaking scenery. It is often referred to as le pays des mille collines (French: “land of a thousand hills”). The capital is Kigali, located in the center of the country on the Ruganwa River.
