Greetings! We had a staff meeting in Kenya on the beginning of March. Everyone on staff lives in various countries. Kenya is a logical place to have meetings. Anyway, we have discussed the new changes we make for all projects. We want for all projects to have quality translation in their national sign languages. We want to establish mentoring relationships for projects. We aim to restructure teams to involve translators and experts. This will ensure videos that have translations are clear, natural, accurate, and acceptable. There are also some new procedures and modifications for them to follow. We want them to use resources to help them to understand the words and passages. I believe this will help our projects to be more efficient in translation work. These are really significant changes we are making for them. Pray for all projects to accept those new changes for them so they can be more efficient.

The next step would be a workshop for all leaders of our projects, late April. We are looking ahead to train them and hopefully, it will be helpful for them and also for us. Pray for the planning for workshops to go well. All leaders arrive, and the workshop will be fruitful and beneficial for all of us involved.
